Kidsgiving Day
September 14, 2024Kidsgiving Day will be happening in the plaza on Saturday, September 14th from 9 am - 12 pm. This is an opportunity to teach your children real-life, age-appropriate entrepreneurial skills and a fundraiser for Carrollton Early Childhood PTA (CECPTA).
Families choose a product to make and sell, and then on Kidsgiving Day, they set up and sell their items to the public. After collecting the profits and paying your children for their hard work, the remainder of the money is then donated to CECPTA. The event features booths, a bounce house, games, a firetruck, and fun for the entire family!
The CECPTA families' hosting booths are what makes this event. They also open the event up for alumni and kids in the Castle Hills community to host booths as well.
